On December 1, 2021, Longcheng Technology was invited to participate in the two-day Mini/Micro LED Display Advanced Application Conference and the Expert Aurora Award Ceremony, and won the "2021 Product Award" of the expert.

Longcheng Technology's award-winning product is a self-developed and produced material-frame thermal curing oven, which can be applied to Mini/Micro LED backlight and direct display processes. Compared with traditional reflow soldering, tunnel furnace, oven, etc., it has advantages in terms of curing effect of glue (Dam, Fill), cost, efficiency, and floor space.

Longcheng Technology has also innovatively developed core processes and equipment such as Pre-baking and static pre-curing in the Mini/Micro LED backlight process, which effectively solves the difficulty of leveling and light transmission of fill glue.
